New Jersey Transit Chapter President David Chaparro and two of his members participated in the Hispanic Heritage Month on October 12, 2006.  On behalf of he New Jersey State Chapter President, Hector Ramos, we want to congratulate David and his two members, Felix Osorio and Manny Fernandez for an outstanding job.

A large tent is set up in Newark, NJ during the Hispanic Heritage Month event on October 12, 2006.

Large Crowds were in attendance. Visitors included students and teachers from area schools.
